Conferment procedure for a doctoral degree


Definition:

A course of action following completion of a doctoral school and submission of a doctoral dissertation. The procedure is conducted by an entity awarding doctoral degrees, i.e. an authorised entity of a higher education institution, federation or another scientific institution.
