Maximum heat capacity of combined heat and power plants or district heating plants

Definition:

Stable heat power that producer is able to supply to district heating network or directly to customers. Maximum heat capacity of combined heat and power plants should be determined on the principles and conditions discussed at defining maximum electrical capacity. Maximum heat capacity of combined heat and power plants is determined at the plant output regardless of conditions in the heat network and of customer's demand, at the level of electrical loading, which doesn't limit heat emission.
