Plastic tunnel


Definition:

Is a building in which plants are grown and in which roof and walls are covered by polythene plastic.



For the horticultural estimate purpose, as plastic tunnels are considered tunnels with minimum 1,5 m in the top. Tunnels usually do not have heating and they are used for growing tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, lettuces, ornamental plants or producing seedlings etc.
