Uninhabited dwelling


Definition:

A dwelling in which at the moment of the statistical survey none person was registered (for a permanent or a temporary residence) nor any unregistered person stayed, even temporarily.



The definition covers dwellings existing in newly built buildings and not allotted yet, dwellings already put into use, dwellings being actually renovated or with current occupants being relocated in order to conduct renovations, dwellings unoccupied due to legal or execution proceedings, dwellings not accepted for occupation due to low technical condition, dwellings kept in reserve by reporting units, and dwellings unoccupied due to other reasons.
