Primary schools for adults


Definition:

Educational instistution with different from schools for children and youth organisation of education. Persons aged 18 or older (as well as those who will have been 18 in the calendar year in which they are about to begin education. Candidates who are no younger than sixteen on the first day of classes, or are 15 in the case of Voluntary Labor Corps, members or people placed in correctional facilities, may be admitted if the person is belated in the educational process and does not seem to be able to finish a regular primary school.
