Long-cycle programmes


Definition:

A stage of learning open to holders of the secondary school matriculation certificate and leading upon successful completion to the award of a second cycle qualification.



Pursuant to the regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 27 September 2018, the following fields of study are conducted as long-cycle programmes: Medicine, Medicine and dental studies, Medical diagnostic, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Veterinary medicine, Law, Canon law, School and pre-school pedagogy, Special pedagogy as well as Architecture, Theology, Acting, Art conservation and restoration, Film, television and still photography, Direction, Stage design, Graphic design, Painting, Sculpture and the fields which encompass only training of candidates for professional soldiers.
