Eviction


Definition:

All actual and legislative activity aimed at removing out a person from occupied dwelling or property (to vacate from persons and things).



Definition of eviction doesn't exist at law regulations. A legal base of eviction is Article 222 § 1of the Civil Code (protection of property) Execution of eviction is carried out by the state (by debt collector or administrative enforced organ) and it can take place - in compliance with the Civil Code or by the executive authorities.
