Letter of charge


Definition:
It is the security (registered security or bearer security) issued on a basis of the mortgage bank debts for: 1) credits (in the secured part) with interests, guarantee or bail of the National bank of Poland, European Central Bank, governments or central banks of members of the: European Union, OECD, excluding countries which restructure or restructured its foreign debt during last 5 years and guarantee or bail of the State Treasury according to the other law regulations, 2) credits lent for subjects mentioned in p. 1, 3) credits (in the secured part) with interests, guarantee or bail of the local government units and credits lent for local government units.
