Cooperative bank


Definition:

A bank organized in the form of cooperative and operating on the basis of: the Banking Act of 29 August 1997, the Cooperative Law of 16 September 1982 and the Act on the Operations of Cooperative Banks, Their Affiliation, and Affiliating Banks of 7 December 2000.
