Warsaw Stock Exchange Index sWIG80


Definition:
Price index, replacing Warsaw Stock Exchange Index WIRR (existing until March 2007), It covers with its portfolio the companies quoted on the stock exchange, smaller than WIG20 and mWIG40. It is calculated on the basis of the turnover value and prices of shares of 80 companies. The initial level of the index on 29 XII 1994 was 1000 points.
