Definition:
Physical attack against the body of another person, including: - fight (brawl, scuffle, fray) - clash between at least three persons in which everyone fulfils the role of aggressor and defender; - battery - occurrence in which at least two persons use force against another. On the contrary to the fight there are aggressors and the victim(s); but excluding indecent assault.
