Grievous bodily harm


Definition:
Disturbing the organ of the body and causing the disturbance to health relying on: 1) deprivation someone of vision, hearing, speech, ability to procreate; 2) causing other serious disability, severe incurable disease, long - term illness actually dangerous to life, permanent mental illness, completely covered or substantial permanent incapacity to work in a profession or serious permanent disfigurement.
