Intentional homicide

Definition:

A substantive crime, the elements of which include the effect of intentionally causing human death. This is understood not as so-called clinical death, i.e. cessation of circulation and respiration, but as cerebral death, which is defined as the permanent and irreversible cessation of brainstem function.This effect may be caused by action or omission. (Article.148 - 162 of the Penal Code)
