Public benefit activity


Definition:

The activities carried out non-governmental organisations or entities possessing equal rights to NGOs in the field of public services mentioned in the article 4 of the Act of law of April 24th 2003 on Public Benefit and Volunteer Work. According to the act, public benefit activity can be performed in two forms: unpaid public benefit activity and paid public benefit activity (called also as unpaid mission-related activity and paid mission related activity).
