Pupils/students who have a statement of special educational needs.

Pursuant to the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities, pupils/students with special educational needs needn't be disabled, just as disabled pupils and students do not need to have a statement of special educational needs.
