Entrepreneur (within the meaning of the Act of 23 April 1964 - Civil Code), other than the lender, who gains property benefits in the course of his business or professional activity, in particular remuneration from the consumer, performing factual or legal activities related to the preparation, offering or conclusion credit agreements.
