Occupational disease


Definition:

A disease is considered an occupational disease included in the list of occupational diseases, if the evaluation of working conditions can establish indisputably or with high probability that it was caused by factors harmful to health occurring in the work environment or by the way the work is performed referred to as "an occupational exposure".
