Supreme Court


Definition:

The authority of the judiciary appointed to: 1) the administration of justice 2) recognition of election protests and detection the validity of elections and referendums 3) expressing opinions on draft laws and other normative acts 4) implementation of other activities specified in the the laws.

It is divided into: The Civil Chamber; The Chamber of Labour, Social Security and Public Affairs; The Criminal Chamber; The Military Chamber.
