Bulls, bullocks and fattening oxes/steers (fattened adult male of cattle)


Definition:
Males of bovine animals (of the Bos taurus, Bubalus bubalis and Beefalo species) aged 2 years and above, i.e., stud bulls used for natural mating with female cattle or to be used in insemination stations, castrated bulls (bullocks) as well as uncastrated bulls (fattened adult male of cattle) kept for slaughter purposes.
