An Enterprise/organizational unit/cell of a medical entity in which the entity conducts out-patient or in-patient medical services in scope of health resort treatment or health resort rehabilitation, located on the territory of health resort gmina.

Health resort facilities include: health resort hospitals, health resort sanatoria, health resort out-patient units and natural healing centres.
