Agricultural activity includes activity related to cultivation of plants and rearing and breeding of animals, which covers: all field crops (including mushrooms), vegetable gardening and horticulture, nurseries, cultivation and seed production of agricultural and horticultural crops as well as rearing and breeding of animals (cattle, sheep, goats, horses, pigs, poultry, rabbits, other fur animals, wild animals kept for slaughter) and bees, as well as activity of maintaining agricultural land, no longer used for production purposes, in good agricultural and environmental conditions (according to the norms).
