Year of building erection

Definition:

The year in which the construction is completed, i.e. a permission to use the construction has been obtained or, in case of notifying the construction supervision authority about the completion of construction, that authority did not raise any objection by way of decision

If the building was reconstructed after total destruction, the year of completing reconstruction is assumed. If the building was subject to a major overhaul, this fact is not taken into account, but the year of erecting this building is indicated. In case a building existing for several years had a premise, e.g. one or two rooms, added or the building was upward extended, the year of construction of the main body is assumed, not the year of addition or upward extension.
