Building owned by gmina


Definition:

A building which in whole (i.e. no dwelling in them constitutes separate ownership of other entities: - is owned by a gmina, remaining under management of dwelling or municipal entities established specifically to manage gmina's dwelling stock, as well as the building under direct management of gmina's office, - was handed over to a gmina, but remaining at the disposal of units of public use such as: health care entities, social assitance organizational units, family suport and Foster care systems units, units of education system, institutions of science and culture.



In statistical surveys, buildings owned by gminas include also buildings owned by powiat (but not constituting property of any gmina), i.e. handed over to powiat (local self-government community) by the State Treasury, the voivod or acquired otherwise.
