Residential building


Definition:

A residential building is a contruction of which at least half of the total usable floor space is used for residential purposes. In cases where less than half of the total usable area is used for residential purposes, such a building is classified as non-residential, for its intended purpose.



During Census Population round 2011 this category included Holiday (recreational) home which made another category During Census Population round 2002.
