Definition:
Person who have graduated from the highest grade of a given school pragramme and obtained a school certificate from that establishment (applies to graduates of schools covered by the educational system). Higher school graduate is person who was given diploma of higher education completion and - after defense of the thesis - received the corresponding professional title: magister (after unified or supplementary master level studies), inżynier or licencjat (after vocational studies).
