Price index of investment outlays was:

1) for the fourth quarter of 2016 compared with the third quarter of 2016  was 100.1 (price increased by 0.1%);

2) for the first quarter of 2017, compared with the fourth quarter of 2016 was 99.9  (price decreased by 0.1%);

3) for the second quarter of 2017 compared with the first quarter of 2017 was 100.1 (price increased by 0.1%).
