In the period of January - November 2023, there were less dwellings completed than the year before. The number of dwellings for which permits have been granted or which have been registered with a construction project as well as dwellings in which construction has begun also decreased.

Price indices of construction and assembly production in November 2023

According to preliminary data, in November 2023 the prices of construction and assembly production in comparison with the corresponding month of the previous year increased by 8.0%, as well as in comparison with October 2023 by 0.5%.

Border traffic and expenses made by foreigners in Poland and by Poles abroad in the 3rd quarter of 2023

In the 3rd quarter of 2023, there was an increase in border traffic of foreigners by 6.8% and Poles by 5.7%, compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
The values of goods and services purchased in this period by foreigners in Poland and goods and services purchased by Poles abroad were higher than in the 3rd quarter of 2022 by 15.8% and 12.9% respectively.

Index numbers of sold production of industry in November 2023

In November 2023, sold production of industry was by 0.7% lower than in November 2022, when an increase was recorded by 4.5% as compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, whereas in comparison with October 2023, it increased by 0.2%. In the period January-November of 2023, sold production of industry was by 1.4% lower than in the corresponding period of 2022, which saw an increase by 10.9% as compared to the corresponding period of 2021.
