Organisational innovations in business practices involve the implementation of new methods for organising routines and procedures for the conduct of work. Innovations in workplace organisation involve the implementation of new methods for distributing responsibilities and decision making among employees. New organisational methods in an enterprise's external relations involve the implementation of new ways of organising relations with other enterprises or public institutions.
