Price indices of residential premises by voivodships in the first quarter of 2022 as compared to the fourth quarter of 2021

Prices of residential premises in the first quarter of 2022, compared to the fourth quarter of 2021, increased by 3.3% with the same price increase both on the primary market and on the secondary market.

In 2021, the study covered 52 entities conducting factoring activity. The number of purchased invoices by the surveyed companies increased by 17.0% compared to the previous year, and the value of purchased receivables increased by 29.4%. The number of clients using factoring services increased by 24.7%.

On 5th July 2022, the representatives of Statistics Poland and their international partners from Italian-Dutch-Polish consortium for Moldova will take part in a conference summarising the three-year project which was aimed at supporting the Moldovan statistics to achieve international and European quality standards.

Consumer prices according to the flash estimate in June 2022, compared with the corresponding month of the previous year, increased by 15,6% (price index 115,6), and as related to the previous month increased by 1,5% (price index 101,5).
