Therapeutic activities of health resort facilities and inpatient rehabilitation facilities in 2022

At the end of 2022, there were operating 254 health resort facilities. 819.9 thousand patients were admitted to health resort facilities during a year, of which 742.0 thousand were inpatients. 74.5 thousand inpatients were treated in 44 inpatient rehabilitation facilities.

In the first quarter of 2023, economically active persons accounted for 58.4% of the population aged 15-89 years. The rate increased as compared to both the fourth quarter of 2022 – by 0.2 pp., and the first quarter of the last year – by 0.4 pp.
