The quality assessment of the population and housing census is an inseparable component of the entire process of survey completion, taking into both organizational as well as methodological issues of this project. This publication is the continuation of study entitled „National Population and Housing Census 2021. Research methodology and organization”. The current study focuses on assessing the quality of 2021 Census results among others using demographic analysis. The report also contains the results of the control survey, which provided information on the content errors and the level of compliance for the analysed features. An important part of the publication is also the analysis and assessment of the List of persons, addresses and dwellings, which was the basis for the census study.

Information presented in this paper on selected aspects related to the quality of results obtained under the 2021 Census will be helpful in interpreting consecutively disseminated sets of census’ results, as well as in comparative analyses with the results compiled as part of current surveys of official statistics.
