Tourists (domestic and foreign) in tourist accommodation establishments possesing 10 or more bed places in March 2025.

In the first quarter of 2025, economically active persons accounted for 58.2% of the population aged 15-89. This indicator was lower compared to both the fourth quarter of 2024 and the first quarter of 2024 (a decrese by 0.3 pp. in each). The activity rate was 65.4% among men and 51.4% among women.

In April 2025 retail sales at constant prices were by 7.6% higher than the year before (against an increase of 4.1% in April 2024).

In the 1st quarter of 2025 gross financial result of the surveyed non-financial enterprises was higher by 13.9% comparing to a year earlier. The economic and financial indicators improved. Investment outlays were lower by 3.6% than those recorded in the 1st quarter 2024 (when there was a decrease by 2.2%).
