Action plan comprising basic labour market services supported by labour market instruments aimed at employing an unemployed person or a jobseeker.

IAP is a personal job search programme prepared with the cooperation of an unemployed person, seeking a job, with an employment agency, a professional counselor, a specialist in training or the leader of the Labour Club. IAP consists of determining together with the unemployed person a range of activities tailored to his/her personal situation and the local labour market. The result of the action taken is employment of the person or setting up a business activity or taking other paid work by him/her.
