Perpetual usufruct


Definition:

Legal form of public entities owned property sharing (municipalities, counties, provinces or their compounds, Treasury) to other entities (natural or legal persons) for a limited period of 99 years (exceptionally for a shorter period, but not less than 40 years) in order to use and manage said properties exclusively.
