Pursuant to Article 94(1)(1)(b) of the Act of 17 December 1998 on retirement pensions and other pensions from the Social Insurance Fund (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 53), it is announced that the average annual index of consumer goods and services for households of retirees and pensioners in 2023 as related to 2022 amounted to 111.9 (price increase of 11.9%).
