Registrations and bankruptcies of enterprises in the fourth quarter of 2022
In the fourth quarter of 2022, there were 86 291 registrations of enterprises recorded i.e. 2.6% less than in the corresponding period of previous year and 112 enterprises declared bankruptcy i.e. 28.7% more than in the corresponding period of previous year.

Foreign trade turnover of goods in total and by countries in January-December 2022
Foreign trade turnover[1] in January – December 2022 (based on temporary data[2]) in exports at current prices amounted to PLN 1 607.3 bn, while in imports - PLN 1 699.8 bn. The negative balance reached the level of PLN 92.5 bn, while in the same period of 2021 year was negative and amounted to PLN 7.0 bn. In comparison to the corresponding period of 2021 exports increased by 22.1%, while imports by 28.5%.

In 2021, in tourist accommodation establishments located in the 27 countries of the Euro-pean Union 590.9 million people were accommodated, with 1.8 billion overnight stays pro-vided to them. At the end of 2022, there were 968720 entities of the national economy registered, i.e. by 4.4% more than in the previous year. Over half of the units (54.2%) had their seat in m.st. Warszawa. The largest number of entities (20.0%) dealt with trade; repair of motor vehicles, however the highest increase as compared to 2021 occurred in the section of information and communication (by 16.3%).
