In the 2024/2025 school year 948,257 children and youth in Poland commuted to schools, who accounted for 19.3% of all students of this type of schools (6.0% of primary school students and 44.4% of post-primary students).
The largest percentage of commuting students by the place of residence was found in the voivodship of Mazowieckie (14.1% of all commuting students), Wielkopolskie (10.7%) and Małopolskie (10.3%).
