Data interoperability process

Definition:

Process to develop a specification of harmonized product data and implement the necessary solutions to convert existing spatial data to meet the requirements of spatial data interoperability.

We can separate to general possibilities: existing version of spatial data could be transformed ("harmonized") or it could be kept untouched, and transformation will be done in real time in necessary range, every time when needed.
