Credit card loan


Definition:
Credit cards allow of card owner to do non-cash payments on the basis of the credit agreement without the need of funds on a bank account. Loans are repaid according to the statements of bank, which has issued a card. The card owner can repay a part of loan, but the bank takes interests. Bank states the loan limit and the card owner can pay card for consumer goods and services only to the stated limit. Obtaining of the credit card depends on the incomes of customer. There is often not required the current saving account in the bank which issued a card.
