In January 2018 the consumer prices, according to prelimanary data[1], were higher by 0.3% compared with December of the previous year.

According to preliminary data, the consumer price index in January 2018 was 101.9 compared with January of the previous year.

The highest price increase was recorded for Food, non‑alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, tobacco, 1.1% on average compared with the previous month. Compared with January of the previous year the increase was 4.1%.
